Soi Laguna / Laguna Road Frontage
Premium outside-Laguna properties on the access roads to the Laguna complex. Well-maintained, often with pool villas in gated estates. Prices are 20–30% above the general Bang Tao average, but lower than inside Laguna.
Choeng Thale Village Area
The actual Thai village behind Bang Tao beach — more authentic, lower prices. Roads off the main Choeng Thale road give access to less-marketed houses and villas that don't appear on DDProperty. Good for families wanting more space for less money while staying in the Bang Tao school catchment.
Inside Laguna
