The most important distinction in Bang Tao rental pricing is whether you're inside or outside the Laguna Phuket integrated resort complex. Laguna is a gated community spanning over 1,000 acres, home to six international hotels (Angsana, Cassia, Banyan Tree, Outrigger, and others) plus extensive residential developments.

Soi Laguna / Laguna Road Frontage

Choeng Thale Village Area

Bang Tao Schools — The BISP Connection

The main reason many families choose Bang Tao is BISP — British International School Phuket in Koh Kaew (about 20–25 minutes south). BISP offers the British curriculum and IB Diploma, is one of Phuket's most highly regarded schools, and has a large Bang Tao / Laguna parent base.
